On behalf of the Board of Directors of Milligan Bio-Tech Inc. I would like to
emphasize the positive direction our company has taken over the past decade. It
takes courage to be a pioneer and Milligan continues to be the pioneer in biodiesel
technology, cold press technology for off-grade canola crushing and value
added co-products.

Our Management Team and Staff have set high standards for customer service
and quality products. We have seen excellent growth in both sales and
distribution. With that we are continuing to invest in the research and
development of new environmentally friendly products for the marketplace.
It is through this hard work that Milligan Bio-Tech has gained recognition by all
levels of Government and Industry, here at home and abroad, as being the
industry leader in the field of bio-diesel.
